Dr. Solomon suggests patient to reshape the bridge of her nose and straighten the tip as well. The operation performed here is closed rhinoplasty. An incision was done inside the nose and corrections to the bridge and nose tip was done.

    I think that the best and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America.
